Who we are
A small practice, deliberately.
We take on a limited number of engagements so that the people who win the work are the people who do it.
Lesu was founded on a straightforward observation: most organisations have more safety and risk reporting than they can genuinely interrogate. What they lack is an independent voice with the standing to test it, and the experience to know what good looks like in practice.
Our practitioners are chartered safety and risk professionals who have held operational accountability, not just advised on it. We work at board level, we write plainly, and we are comfortable delivering a finding the executive team would rather not hear.
The practice is deliberately structured around senior people and small teams. Where an engagement needs breadth, across sites, programmes or jurisdictions, delivery is scaled through Health and Safety Advisor.co.uk, which operates our four delivery arms: Consult, Project, Assure and Training.

Independence
We do not sell delivery volume. Our only product is judgement, which is why we protect it.
